My AC was not cooling, I gave Hyatt a call and they were on it. They sent someone out the same day and got my issue taken care of. Our tech Mike Escobar was wonderful. He was informative, polite and great to work with.

Hyatt has pulled us out of problems more than once this summer... We own a rental home and we got notification that the AC was having issues. They went out and discovered issues from the initial installation of our ducts by another company. They quickly got it fixed. Our personal AC recently had an issue and they were out and fixed the issue on the same day. All of this work has been reasonably priced. They have definitely earned my business!

Came home from work to my ac at 97! Called Hyatt and they sent out a tech. He had it fixed for me in about an hour and now I feel my ac blowing harder than it used to.. I planned on buying a new AC for my house next year and I will definitely be going with this company!

I definitely had to leave a positive review to this amazing company of -Hyatt Refrigeration- that took my Families concern into immediate consideration due to The excessive Heat. My Experience, On 6/17/23 Came home to a silent home Approximately around 11PM, no a/c blowing and a high temp on my thermostat. Immediately i was concerned for my Wife's and children's comfort. or no one being available for immediate service and the upcoming day weather temperatures . Slept through the night and decided to call Hyatt the upcoming Morning!!!!- 6/18/23 approximately 7:00AM. Spoke to “Cody” explained my situation “Considering it was a Fathers day. Cody said don’t worry, Your A/C unit has warranty and had someone sent out within a hour or less. By 10am my House was cooled and A/C fixed. Changed out a BLOWER!!! Shoutout to Cody and Hyatt for providing immediate service on Fathers day, every mans Nightmare!!!

Hyatt Air is a wonderful business! A real asset to Yuma, professional, punctual, explains issues and fixes so you understand exactly what and why they do what they do when performing repairs or other services. If your AC, heating unit, or you just need your ductwork sealed, don't waste your time with other contractors. You just won't get the same quality results!!!! A very satisfied customer on more than one occasion!

Came out and diagnosed my AC and had it up and running ASAP

Have had a great experience with Hyatt Refrigeration. There tech Nick has been awesome gone above and beyond to fix the problems we are having with our duct work letting us know we didnt need any coolant added to our system, which was what we initially thought the problem with our a/c was, repairing the bad job that airtronics left us with. Even going out of the way to take pictures and videos of the issues and the mess that airtronics left for us under our home. I would recommend Hyatt Refrigeration to anyone that were to ask me which company to use.

Great warranty service. This company came the same day I called to fix my air conditioning. Really appreciate the help!
